This book is designed to meet the needs of undergraduate Management students. The book comprises 14 chapters that cover the major aspects of Operations Management and was written by two senior lecturers with substantial experience teaching this subject. It also provides useful insights into the application of methods and techniques in Operations Management. A summary is included at the end of each chapter to help students understand the topics.
